Suker Rods Blowout Preventer

Sucker rods blowout preventer is mounted on pumping well spring which has a semi-eruptive character. Preventer assures pressure control inside tubings during the extraction or insertion of the sucker rods. The two rams of the preventer are manually actuated and them realize a sure sealing for three sucker rod dimensions or blind the well.

-       Maximum working pressure: 2000 psi (140 bar),

-       Ram dimension:  0 (blind), 5/8” (16 mm), 3/4” (19 mm), 7/8” (22 mm), 1” (26 mm),

1 1/4” (32 mm), 1 1/2” in (38 mm); 1 3/4” (45 mm)

-       End to end connections: threaded (Male or Female) in compliance with API 5B, flanges on request;

-       Full opening;

-       Blow-out proof ram screw;

-       Reinforced ram block reduces extrusion;

-       Bonnet O-Ring provides reliable, pressure-tight seal;

-       Carbon steel models available with welded flanges in compliance with API 6A; Other flange sizes available

-       Manually operated ;
